What we collect
Only what you send us through a form on this site:
- Your name, your email, and your business or website.
- What you need, and your message. The AI finder also sends your shortlist and notes. The copywriting form also sends its answers.
- The page you were on, the campaign tags (UTM) in the link you came from, and the time.
The site sets no cookies of its own. It has no analytics, no ad trackers and no scripts or fonts from other companies. Your browser's own storage keeps what you typed (name, email, website, business), your AI finder shortlist, the service you picked, a short list of the forms you sent from this device, and whether you closed the newsletter bar, so forms come pre-filled. That stays in your browser. We never receive it unless you send a form. You can clear it in your browser settings.
Our host, Cloudflare, sees the technical details of each visit (such as your IP address) in order to serve the page.
Why
- To reply to your enquiry.
- If you sign up for the newsletter: to send it. We email you a link first and add you only after you open it.
We don't sell your data.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and runs the form handler.
- Turso: the database where your enquiry is stored.
- Resend: delivers email (our notification, your confirmation or reply, and the newsletter).
They handle your data only to provide that service. We also receive each enquiry by email.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to handle your enquiry, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask for access to your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or withdraw your consent.
To use any of these, send us a message through the form at /contact. Tell us which one, and the email address you used.
Changes
If this changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
